Got metal? If you have valuable precious metal (silver, gold, platinum) jewelry you no longer wear, we can help you melt those items in exchange for credit to shop at leMel for something you’ll love or cash! (examples include: old chains, mountings we take the stones out of, old pieces that are no longer in style and not able to be repurposed). Please only mail in precious metals (10, 14, 18, 24 karat gold and sterling silver). Costume jewelry has no trade in value and will be donated.

The Process

1. Request A Trade-In Kit - It's free! We cover shipping and insurance for you.
2. Send In YourItems - Simply fill out a few details and pack your valuables.
3. Get Paid -Choose to receive LeMel credit or cash for the value of your trade in jewelry.

Your Trade-In Kit includes:

• A pre-paid label with insurance and padded mailer
• A form to list out what you are mailing us with approx. value
• Baggies to secure your valuables in
• A spot for your contact info

One way shipping and insurance costs are included Free with your Trade-In Kit. All kits are automatically insured for up to $5,000, with additional insurance available by emailing us: [email protected].

If your jewelry does not have any value we can donate your items or send them back to you for a $15 label charge.
